Bargain Buys, Sell Highs, and Waiver Guys – NFL Week 11

There are eight weeks left of the 2025 NFL regular season and only four remaining before the fantasy playoffs. That makes every decision that much more crucial in the coming weeks, including your trades and waiver adds.

For those looking to utilize the trade market this week, my weekly buy-low, sell-high article for PFSN is available here, with buys and sells at all four positions. In this piece, I’ll focus on waiver adds, some of whom can contribute straight away, while others are sensible high-upside stashes.

Week 11 Waiver Adds: Emari Demercado, RB, Arizona Cardinals

Emari Demercado did the unthinkable in Week 5; dropping the ball before crossing into the end zone on what would have been a 71-yard touchdown. He paid the price, seeing almost no opportunities in the following weeks, before resurrecting his season against the Cowboys in Week 9.

Demercado now has back-to-back weeks with over 60 rushing yards and looks considerably more explosive than Bam Knight and Michael Carter. His performances seem to have gone under the radar, and you could potentially pick him up for nothing this week.

Keep an eye on Trey Benson’s progress in practice, but Demercado should be a flex play in Week 11 if the running-back room remains as it is.

Cade Otton, TE, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Cade Otton should have already been rostered in fantasy, given the Buccaneers’ pass-catching injuries, but he is still available in most leagues. His 12 targets, nine catches, and 82 receiving yards appear to have caught the eye, and you may have to outbid a league-mate or two on waivers.

The Buccaneers played from behind for most of their Week 10 loss to the Patriots. The NFC South side were also up against the best run defense in the NFL, when it comes to rushing yards allowed per game (79.2).

Week 10’s game script favored Tampa Bay’s pass catchers, and it is unlikely a sign of things to come, but Otton has been productive for weeks. Don’t go overboard, but if you need a tight end, Otton is worth a bid this week.

Chris Rodriguez, RB, Washington Commanders

Will Jacory Croskey-Merritt failing to deliver on his preseason promise, Chris Rodriguez has emerged as an option for the Commanders once more. The third-year back out of Kentucky has three touchdowns in his last four games, and may have emerged as the team’s lead back.

Rodriguez saw 12 carries in Week 9 and averaged an impressive 5.4 yards per carry against the Seattle Seahawks’ phenomenal run defense. He left Week 10 early with a shoulder injury, which should cut his price in waivers this week, but he is a must-add if you have space for a depth piece at running back.

If you need to see another week, consider him a stash, but the potential upside makes him worth a small bid this week.

Tez Johnson, WR, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

This section should read almost identically to the one under Cade Otton’s name. Tez Johnson has been a key playmaker for Baker Mayfield with Mike Evans and Chris Godwin sidelined and should have been picked up weeks ago.

Like Otton, though, Johnson is still available in most leagues, and is up for grabs after his 42-yard, two-touchdown game in Week 10.

Week 11 Stashes – Adonai Mitchell, WR, New York Jets

Adonai Mitchell needed a change of scenery, but the New York Jets wouldn’t have been among his top choices. However, beyond Garrett Wilson, the Jets have very limited options at receiver, with Mason Taylor their next best pass catching weapon.

I’m still a believer in Mitchell, his ability to separate ad get downfield is elite, while he can get free in tighter areas of the field as well, making him a great red-zone threat.

I expect Tyrod Taylor to replace Justin Fields in the next week or two, and both Mason Taylor and Mitchell are probably best left alone until then. But if/when Tyrod just take over, the entire Jets passing offense will get a significant boost.

I’d prefer him on a different team, but Mitchel has the talent, and stashing him will cost you nothing this week if you have space.

Running Back Handcuffs

A bit of a vague one, but I can’t tell you which running back is going to get injured in the next few weeks, if any. I’ve mentioned previously that Barkley has left two games recently with muscle injuries, so Tank Bigsby is definitely worth having on your roster.

Elsewhere, Tyler Allgeier should also be rostered, although his two-touchdown game against the Colts in Berlin might make him overpriced this week. Blake Corum and Brian Robinson Jr. are also great options, and are widely available on waivers.

Given the lottery-like nature of injuries, you want the cheapest option of all. So rather than parting with some of your FAAB budget, throw out zero-dollar bids on all four options and you should land at least one.

That’s it for this week’s Bargain Buys, Sell Highs, and Waiver Guys. Remember to check out my buy low/sell high article for PFSN here, and I’ll be back with Starts, Sits, and Streamers on Thursday.
